Deposits & Payments

  • No group booking is confirmed until deposit monies have been received
  • Deposits must be paid in one transaction
  • Preferred payments would be by credit or debit card (over the phone or in person)
  • You may pay your deposit via BACS payments
  • For bank transfers, we kindly ask that once BACS payments have been made, payment is confirmed immediately with our team and your booking secured
  • Please contact us before transferring any deposits to ensure we still have availability
  • In some instances, we may allow deposits to be paid in cash. This will need to be agreed with our team in advance
  • Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed at any time after the booking has been finalised
  • Final dining numbers are required upon payment of the deposit. Requests for additional guests after this point will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Security

  • We accept all major debit & credit cards
  • Deposit payments may be taken over the phone in the cardholder’s presence (or in person) and once that is completed, no card details will be stored in any format, anywhere on the premises
  • siOn LONDON process payments via a secured network and we do not keep customer data.

Authority to charge your card

  • We will, within the terms and conditions set out here, charge to a card given as security deposit for all private dining room booking and for guest bookings of 6 or more
  • By supplying your card details, you are giving us permission to make these charges at our sole discretion in accordance with our terms and conditions
  • Taking the deposit (over the phone) will involve charging your card when you are not physically present. Should you require a receipt for the deposit payment, please let us know. In order to do so, you must share your email address with our team.

Payment

  • The settlement of the final bill must be made at the conclusion of the booking. Please note your deposit will be subtracted from the bill on the day of your reservation
  • NOTE: We do not have the facility to create multiple bills and take multiple payments. For tables of 6 or more, we will NOT take multiple payments, due to time constraints. We will expect the lead booker to settle the whole bill upon request

Gratuity

A discretionary 12.5% gratuity will be added to the final bill.

Reservations

Reservations for 1-5 people

  • Reservations may be made without the provision of a deposit.

Reservations for 6-10 people

  • Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and a full deposit payment of £10.00 per person.

Reservations for 10-19 people

  • Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and a full deposit payment of £10.00 per person.

Reservations for 20+ people

  • Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and a full deposit payment of £20.00 per person.

Private Dining Room Reservations for 1-4 people

  • If you are booking our private dining room, there will be a hire fee of £100 for a 2.5-hour exclusive use of the room
  • Bookings will be only be confirmed upon receipt of this hire fee
  • All private dining guests will receive a complimentary bottle of champagne, upon arrival.

Menus 

  • We can cater for all dietary requirements
  • Your food order needs to be supplied 10-14 days before the booking date to ensure a smooth service
  • Once pre-orders have been completed, they cannot be changed or amended
  • Menus are not interchangeable. Strictly one menu type to be selected per booking, no mixing of menus is permitted
  • Pre-orders are mandatory, and we welcome you to provide printed place cards with guests’ names and their choices on the cards. Please note that your server will retake your order on the day to identify which dishes are to go to which guest
  • Only food and drink supplied by siOn LONDON can be consumed on the premises; with the exception of a cake for birthday parties or gatherings

Additional Notes for Reservations

  • On tables of groups of 5 or less, there is a reservation time of 2 hours. It may not be possible to extend this if you arrive late, even if you notify us of your late arrival
  • Guests may be called 24-48 hours in advance to confirm attendance. If we are not able to confirm with you, we reserve the right to release your table, in order to accommodate another booking
  • The restaurant will hold tables for 20 minutes (maximum) past your reservation time
  • For all group birthday reservations of 10 people or more, please note that the celebrant will have their meal and a complimentary drink on the house
  • We may not phone to confirm reservations again once the deposit has been taken. So please remember to call us if you need to make any amendments to your booking
  • For large bookings, all guests will need to order drinks from the bar and not from the table
  • Drink tabs will be permitted for large bookings, but these will need to be paid for in advance of the booking or upon arrival. Please ensure your guests are made aware they must quote your name at the bar, to ensure their drinks are added to your tab
  • Table requests are not always guaranteed; large bookings may be split over multiple tables wherein food will be served to each table in turn
  • You may decorate the area/table with balloons. But please be aware that banners, table confetti and party poppers are not permitted
  • Please inform management if you are planning to decorate and need earlier access to the venue. All decorative items are your responsibility and must be removed by the end of your booking
  • For all bookings for the private dining room and for guests of 6 or more, your table is available for 2.5 hours from the time of your reservation
  • Please make sure your party (6+) arrives promptly as we will require your full party to depart 2.5 hours after the time of your reservation, to allow for the next sitting
  • Guests arriving late are to be made aware that in order to keep to the 2.5-hour reservation time, the menu items are to be grouped accordingly upon arrival. E.g. no starters can arrive on the table when the majority party is expecting their mains. So, if the party are enjoying their mains upon your arrival, you will be served your main and will be provided your starter as a takeaway item
  • Please note service of the full menu may be affected if your party is late
  • Please advise your guests that all steaks will be cooked medium-well to ensure an efficient service for large groups – unless advised to the contrary
  • Our festive menus will be available from December 1st to 24th Please speak to our team for further details.

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please do so as soon as possible
  • If you cancel more than 28 days before your booking, your deposit will be refunded in full
  • If you cancel less than 28 days before your booking, your full deposit will be retained.

Confirming Numbers

  • We may call you as a matter of courtesy nearer the time, but we will take the numbers confirmed at the time of booking as the final numbers. Unless you notify us to the contrary
  • If your booking is confirmed for 20 people, but only 15 guests turn up, for example, you are not liable for a refund of your deposit for those 5 no show guests.
  • We will attempt to accommodate increases in numbers to your party, however, this cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure you give as much notice as possible if the number of guests in your party changes.

Other

  • Please also adhere to a casual elegance dress code. Although we welcome and encourage any style; we do ask that guests refrain from wearing sportswear, or caps of any kind. Men are encouraged to wear a collared shirt and all guests must wear smart footwear/trainers to be permitted entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry if the dress code policy is not met.
  • If anyone in the party is under the age of 18, please make this known at the time of booking and be aware that children are not allowed in SiOn LONDON after 08:00 pm or in the bar area at any time
  • siOn LONDON will not take responsibility for any items left, lost or misplaced by any member of your party
  • We kindly request you to vacate the area/table at the agreed time
  • Management reserve the right to refuse admission to those behaving in what we believe is an unreasonable manner
  • Please note that vaping pens and e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the premises
  • siOn LONDON reminds you to drink responsibly and security may ask persons to leave or refuse service to any person at any time.
  • siOn LONDON has a zero tolerance drug policy and expects the highest standards of behaviour at all times. Anyone found in possession of drugs or causing trouble on the premises will be automatically removed and banned from the premises
  • Please note all relevant incidents will be reported to the Police.

Minimum Spends

  • siOn LONDON applies a ‘minimum bar spend’ for the exclusive use of the venue
  • The ‘minimum bar spend’ is the least amount of money a party must spend for the exclusive use of the venue
  • If you reach the minimum bar spend, we will notify the event appointee and your deposit will be redeemed against your final bill
  • Unfortunately, if the minimum bar spend is not reached, then deposits will be retained to the value of the shortfall against the agreed minimum spend
  • siOn LONDON applies a minimum bar spend of £1,500. Please note this amount may vary in and around festive periods
  • Food ordered from the restaurant does not contribute to the bar spend.

  • Please contact us before transferring any deposits to ensure we still have availability
  • In some instances, we may allow deposits to be paid in cash. This will need to be agreed with our team in advance
  • We cannot accept cheques
  • Deposits are only refundable once you have met your required minimum bar spend for the night
  • All deposit amounts will be deducted from the final bill without exception. Unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed with our team
  • Any deposit monies over and above the minimum bar spend will be paid on the evening via BACS unless a prior arrangement has been agreed
  • If the deposit is not to be deducted from the bill, this deposit can only be refunded to the account/card the payment was originally received from. Please note this payment could take up to 5 working days to clear
  • Cash refunds are only available to those who paid deposit monies via cash

Equipment / Entertainment

  • We require to be informed upon confirmation of any equipment or entertainment that you intend to book for your event
  • There is an in-house multi genre DJ that may be booked for an additional £250 (whole night), or for £120 (till midnight only).

General Rules

  • Identification needs to be presented to upon arrival to the venue after 10:00 pm – No exceptions
  • NOTE: Please also adhere to a casual elegance dress code. Although we welcome and encourage any style; we do ask that guests refrain from wearing sportswear, or caps of any kind. Men MUST wear a collared shirt and all guests must wear smart footwear/trainers to be permitted entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry if the dress code policy is not met
  • All private hire bookings are subject to a minimum age requirement (25+). If anyone in the party is under the age of 25, you will need to make this known at the time of booking
  • 2 licensed security professionals will be provided at every private hire booking
  • All guests will be subject to a full security check upon arrival
  • There will be no re-entry for any private bookings and the last entry for any given event is midnight
  • siOn LONDON provides a cloakroom for coats and personal possessions. However, will not be held responsible for any personal items lost, if you have not retained your possessions with the cloakroom
  • siOn LONDON will not take responsibility for any items left, lost or misplaced by any member of your party
  • We kindly request you to vacate the area at the agreed time or an additional hire fee may be charged
  • You may decorate the venue with balloons. But please be aware that banners, table confetti and party poppers are not permitted
  • Please inform management if you are planning to decorate and need earlier access to the venue. All decorative items are your responsibility and must be removed by our closing time of 02:00 am (Friday – Saturday)
  • siOn LONDON is not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our services that are beyond reasonable control – these include strikes, terrorist activities, fire or bad weather conditions or similar
  • Management reserve the right to refuse admission to those behaving in what we believe is an unreasonable manner
  • Please note that vaping pens and e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the premises
  • siOn LONDON remind you to drink responsibly as security may ask persons to leave or refuse service to any person at any time
  • siOn LONDON has a zero-tolerance drug policy and expects the highest standards of behaviour at all times
  • Anyone found in possession of drugs or causing trouble on the premises will be automatically removed and banned from the premises and the event terminated with immediate effect
  • All drug contraventions will result in the loss of any deposits, hire fees and accumulated bar spend
  • All relevant incidents will be reported to the Police.

Damage

  • siOn LONDON reserves the right to retain your deposit should any damage be caused to fixtures and fittings by any member of your party
  • Any losses or damages caused to siOn LONDON or its property; will be the responsibility of the company or persons that have organised the event and a fee may be charged for any damages incurred
  • Please note that all incidents of damage will be reported to the Police.

Private Hire – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (daytime), Saturday (daytime) and Sunday

Hire Fee

  • Anyone wishing to have exclusive use of the venue must pay a hire fee of £500
  • siOn LONDON does not apply a ‘minimum bar spend’ for the exclusive use of the venue on these days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (daytime), Saturday (daytime) and Sunday
  • This hire fee allows exclusive use of the venue for a max of 6 hours.

Payments

Payment

  • The settlement of the final bill must be made at the conclusion of the booking. Please note your deposit will be subtracted from the bill on the day of your reservation
  • NOTE: We do not have the facility to create multiple bills and take multiple payments. For tables of 6 or more, we will NOT take multiple payments, due to time constraints. We will expect the lead booker to settle the whole bill upon request

Gratuity

A discretionary 12.5% gratuity will be added to the final bill.

Reservations

Reservations for 1-5 people

  • Reservations may be made without the provision of a deposit.

Reservations for 6-10 people

  • Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and a full deposit payment of £10.00 per person.

Reservations for 10-19 people

  • Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and a full deposit payment of £10.00 per person.

Reservations for 20+ people

  • Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and a full deposit payment of £20.00 per person.

Private Dining Room Reservations for 1-4 people

  • If you are booking our private dining room, there will be a hire fee of £100 for a 2.5-hour exclusive use of the room
  • Bookings will be only be confirmed upon receipt of this hire fee
  • All private dining guests will receive a complimentary bottle of champagne, upon arrival.

Menus 

  • We can cater for all dietary requirements
  • Your food order needs to be supplied 10-14 days before the booking date to ensure a smooth service
  • Once pre-orders have been completed, they cannot be changed or amended
  • Menus are not interchangeable. Strictly one menu type to be selected per booking, no mixing of menus is permitted
  • Pre-orders are mandatory, and we welcome you to provide printed place cards with guests’ names and their choices on the cards. Please note that your server will retake your order on the day to identify which dishes are to go to which guest
  • Only food and drink supplied by siOn LONDON can be consumed on the premises; with the exception of a cake for birthday parties or gatherings

Additional Notes for Reservations

  • On tables of groups of 5 or less, there is a reservation time of 2 hours. It may not be possible to extend this if you arrive late, even if you notify us of your late arrival
  • Guests may be called 24-48 hours in advance to confirm attendance. If we are not able to confirm with you, we reserve the right to release your table, in order to accommodate another booking
  • The restaurant will hold tables for 20 minutes (maximum) past your reservation time
  • For all group birthday reservations of 10 people or more, please note that the celebrant will have their meal and a complimentary drink on the house
  • We may not phone to confirm reservations again once the deposit has been taken. So please remember to call us if you need to make any amendments to your booking
  • For large bookings, all guests will need to order drinks from the bar and not from the table
  • Drink tabs will be permitted for large bookings, but these will need to be paid for in advance of the booking or upon arrival. Please ensure your guests are made aware they must quote your name at the bar, to ensure their drinks are added to your tab
  • Table requests are not always guaranteed; large bookings may be split over multiple tables wherein food will be served to each table in turn
  • You may decorate the area/table with balloons. But please be aware that banners, table confetti and party poppers are not permitted
  • Please inform management if you are planning to decorate and need earlier access to the venue. All decorative items are your responsibility and must be removed by the end of your booking
  • For all bookings for the private dining room and for guests of 6 or more, your table is available for 2.5 hours from the time of your reservation
  • Please make sure your party (6+) arrives promptly as we will require your full party to depart 2.5 hours after the time of your reservation, to allow for the next sitting
  • Guests arriving late are to be made aware that in order to keep to the 2.5-hour reservation time, the menu items are to be grouped accordingly upon arrival. E.g. no starters can arrive on the table when the majority party is expecting their mains. So, if the party are enjoying their mains upon your arrival, you will be served your main and will be provided your starter as a takeaway item
  • Please note service of the full menu may be affected if your party is late
  • Please advise your guests that all steaks will be cooked medium-well to ensure an efficient service for large groups – unless advised to the contrary
  • Our festive menus will be available from December 1st to 24th Please speak to our team for further details.

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please do so as soon as possible
  • If you cancel more than 28 days before your booking, your deposit will be refunded in full
  • If you cancel less than 28 days before your booking, your full deposit will be retained.

Confirming Numbers

  • We may call you as a matter of courtesy nearer the time, but we will take the numbers confirmed at the time of booking as the final numbers. Unless you notify us to the contrary
  • If your booking is confirmed for 20 people, but only 15 guests turn up, for example, you are not liable for a refund of your deposit for those 5 no show guests.
  • We will attempt to accommodate increases in numbers to your party, however, this cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure you give as much notice as possible if the number of guests in your party changes.

Other

  • Please also adhere to a casual elegance dress code. Although we welcome and encourage any style; we do ask that guests refrain from wearing sportswear, or caps of any kind. Men are encouraged to wear a collared shirt and all guests must wear smart footwear/trainers to be permitted entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry if the dress code policy is not met.
  • If anyone in the party is under the age of 18, please make this known at the time of booking and be aware that children are not allowed in SiOn LONDON after 08:00 pm or in the bar area at any time
  • siOn LONDON will not take responsibility for any items left, lost or misplaced by any member of your party
  • We kindly request you to vacate the area/table at the agreed time

Minimum Spends

  • siOn LONDON applies a ‘minimum bar spend’ for the exclusive use of the venue
  • The ‘minimum bar spend’ is the least amount of money a party must spend for the exclusive use of the venue
  • If you reach the minimum bar spend, we will notify the event appointee and your deposit will be redeemed against your final bill
  • Unfortunately, if the minimum bar spend is not reached, then deposits will be retained to the value of the shortfall against the agreed minimum spend
  • siOn LONDON applies a minimum bar spend of £1,500. Please note this amount may vary in and around festive periods
  • Food ordered from the restaurant does not contribute to the bar spend.

Equipment / Entertainment

  • We require to be informed upon confirmation of any equipment or entertainment that you intend to book for your event
  • There is an in-house multi genre DJ that may be booked for an additional £250 (whole night), or for £120 (till midnight only).

  • Identification needs to be presented to upon arrival to the venue after 10:00 pm – No exceptions
  • NOTE: Please also adhere to a casual elegance dress code. Although we welcome and encourage any style; we do ask that guests refrain from wearing sportswear, or caps of any kind. Men MUST wear a collared shirt and all guests must wear smart footwear/trainers to be permitted entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry if the dress code policy is not met
  • All private hire bookings are subject to a minimum age requirement (25+). If anyone in the party is under the age of 25, you will need to make this known at the time of booking
  • 2 licensed security professionals will be provided at every private hire booking
  • All guests will be subject to a full security check upon arrival
  • There will be no re-entry for any private bookings and the last entry for any given event is midnight
  • siOn LONDON provides a cloakroom for coats and personal possessions. However, will not be held responsible for any personal items lost, if you have not retained your possessions with the cloakroom
  • siOn LONDON will not take responsibility for any items left, lost or misplaced by any member of your party
  • We kindly request you to vacate the area at the agreed time or an additional hire fee may be charged
  • You may decorate the venue with balloons. But please be aware that banners, table confetti and party poppers are not permitted

Men MUST wear a collared shirt and all guests must wear smart footwear/trainers to be permitted entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry if the dress code policy is not met.
  • All private hire bookings are subject to a minimum age requirement (25+). If anyone in the party is under the age of 25, you will need to make this known at the time of booking
  • 2 licensed security professionals will be provided at every private hire booking
  • All guests will be subject to a full security check upon arrival
  • siOn LONDON provides a cloakroom for coats and personal possessions. However, will not be held responsible for any personal items lost, if you have not retained your possessions with the cloakroom
  • siOn LONDON will not take responsibility for any items left, lost or misplaced by any member of your party
  • We kindly request you to vacate the area at the agreed time or an additional hire fee may be charged
  • You may decorate the venue with balloons. But please be aware that banners, table confetti and party poppers are not permitted
  • Please inform management if you are planning to decorate and need earlier access to the venue. All decorative items are your responsibility and must be removed prior to the end of your allotted time
  • siOn LONDON is not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our services that are beyond reasonable control – these include strikes, terrorist activities, fire or bad weather conditions or similar
  • Management reserve the right to refuse admission to those behaving in what we believe is an unreasonable manner
  • Please note that vaping pens and e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the premises
  • siOn LONDON remind you to drink responsibly as security may ask persons to leave or refuse service to any person at any time
  • siOn LONDON has a zero-tolerance drug policy and expects the highest standards of behaviour at all times
  • Anyone found in possession of drugs or causing trouble on the premises will be automatically removed and banned from the premises and the event terminated with immediate effect
  • All drug contraventions will result in the loss of any deposits, hire fees and accumulated bar spend
  • All relevant incidents will be reported to the Police.

Damage

  • siOn LONDON reserves the right to retain your deposit should any damage be caused to fixtures and fittings by any member of your party
  • Any losses or damages caused to siOn LONDON or its property; will be the responsibility of the company or persons that have organised the event and a fee may be charged for any damages incurred
  • Please note that all incidents of damage will be reported to the Police.
